Quotations
Quotations are free, provided in writing and valid for 30 days. Any work discovered during the job that falls outside the quotation will be discussed and agreed with you before it is carried out.
Workmanship guarantee
Completed roofs are covered by our 20-year workmanship guarantee. The guarantee covers our installation work and does not cover storm damage, third-party alterations or failures of pre-existing structure outside the scope of the work carried out.
Scheduling
Roofing is weather dependent. We will keep you informed of any delays and reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quotation. Larger projects may require a materials deposit, with the balance due on satisfactory completion.
